How it works

What happens in a pilot.

  1. We connect.

Agree scope, channels and success criteria at kickoff.

  2. We load a sample.

Your products, from a CSV or Excel export.

  3. The agents run.

Such as Product sourcing and SEO optimization.

  4. You review.

By default, suggestions wait for you to approve, edit or reject.

  5. You test a publish.

To a Shopify test store, or as a CSV or Excel feed.

How do you handle our data?

We treat your product data and anything you share with us as confidential, use it only to run your pilot, and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you send a sample. Your catalog data is kept separate from other companies’ data, and access is role-based. If Product sourcing runs on your products, it searches the web using product names and codes, so tell us if you’d rather it didn’t. When the pilot ends, we delete your sample data if you ask us to. For more, see security.

Does our current PIM keep running?

Yes. The pilot runs on a sample loaded from a CSV or Excel file, so your current PIM stays as it is. Imports bring in product data but not images, which can be added in CataZenta afterward. It covers a sample, not a managed migration. If you later decide to move fully, see how to move off a legacy PIM.

Will you name us publicly?

Only with your written permission. We won’t use your company name, logo, quotes or pilot details in public, on our site or in sales material unless you agree in writing.

What happens after the pilot?

We review the pilot with you against the success criteria agreed at kickoff and share a written summary. Then it’s your call: choose a plan, quoted around your modules, team size, languages, channels and AI usage, on the preferential terms agreed at kickoff, or walk away with nothing to pay.

Can we see other teams’ results first?

There are none to share. CataZenta is early and founder-led, so the fairest test is your own products.
